About me
Setting up a strategy, building a brand or coaching a professional is a magical experience.
With a 20 years experience in multinational corporate firms & two degrees in executive & leadership coaching, I embarked this journey in Wisepath.
A high emotional intelligence professional with empathy, high level know-how and great expertise in the below fields of media buying & planning, systems design, reporting analytics, insights development, brand management & communication, consumers behaviour, innovation design & development, strategy building, budget management, commercial management & experience in channels of retail, organised trade, fragmented trade, international accounts, horeca & e-commerce, distributors management, customers management, market knowledge, politics & stakeholders management, people management, team management & project manager, the path became clear.
Being a coachee myself, with a very inspiring coach, I manage to find by career path that would meet my personal & professional needs.
And that was achieved by comprehending how work is so fulfilling for me, as long as my values are respected.
Being a trained & accredited coach, I can now not only consult business to achieve their targets but also coach and mentor executives & leaders via empathy, emotional intelligence & the urge to build on coachee/mentees' authenticity to achieve very well defined goals.
